My Chat with Carol

My blogging friend, Carol on the opposite side of the country cares for her dear husband who suffers from Alzheimer's. She has a very helpful blog with many good links and book reviews as well as vignettes from their lives.  We share a love for Jesus and she too, is being strengthened by Him.

Recently she interviewed me for her blog.  If you care to read her questions and my answers click here

  1. Oh Laurie, your Gary sounds so much like the way my sweet David was.... So easy to get along with.

It's so strange, I had to go back as I was typing this and make it to past tense.

It's not an easy journey, but God gives us the strength to do what we need to do.......HE will never give us more than we can handle.

Please know that I think of you often and keep you in my prayers!!!

    1. There are many coming along behind you. Thank you for being the icebreaker for us, paving the way, so to speak. 1 Cor 1:3-4 comes to mind as you are comforting to us, with the same comfort that has been given to you!

  2. It was fun to do the interview and educational.
Lots of people have viewed that interview today, Laurie, more than usually view my posts. No comments yet.

May God be glorified in our caregiving and struggles and we know our strength comes for Him. Thanks again.

    Hugs and prayers,

    1. I enjoyed it too. Amen to your comment! May God be glorified!

  3. Over 125 people have read this interview as of this morning! Praying for you and Gary.
